Kienstrom, aka the Angry Scientist, is a turtle from Rareworld. As can be inferred from his title, Kienstrom is very angry at the world and universe and just about everything. He often does insane experiments on creatures, trying to increase their power, although the experiments are viewed as highly unethical to most people (he just says they're sissies or something) and they also turn out highly unstable and tend to die (he probably doesn't say the mutations are just sissies). He also does some robotics, having built Flare and Chopper to assist him (sometimes he regrets it).

Early Years

Kienstrom moved on to Pokeworld, where he captured several Pokemon to try genetic experiments on. Right on cue, though, Top and his friends arrived to stop him. However, he had taken control of a Cofagrigus earlier, connected to a huge humanoid statue, which attacked them while Kienstrom tried to mutate the other Pokemon. However, the Pokemon were freed in the fight and the Cofagrigus golem was destroyed, collapsing onto Kienstrom, Flare and Chopper.
They survived, however, and somehow returned to Star World, now under rule by Rexor, and drilled into his castle during the final assault by the SWDF (among others.) He interrupted them before they reached Rexor in his castle, and was able to mutate ARC Trooper Commander Zeus 003 "Scorch" and make him a monster. The monster Scorch was beaten back, however, and was finally thrown at Kienstrom, knocking his drill machine back into the hole he drilled and below the castle. He has not been seen since.
Personal Information
Personality
Kienstrom's personality is one of constant anger. He is shown to have no morals and no remorse. He believes that everyone is against him, and hates the world. Essentially, this guy is a big loser and no one likes him. He is also completely insane, as shown by both his experiments and manner of speaking. He has little respect for Flare and Chopper, his only assistants, and essentially the only ones who can even stand him. His status as an evildoer is far behind the rest, and is the biggest underdog of all--hardly any villains know him anyway, and those who do normally see him as incompetent, which, is likely true.
Appearances
Kienstrom is a short turtle with a fairly oversized shell, out of which his arms, legs and head seem to poke out. He wears spirally glasses, and is bald. I mean, he's a turtle. Why wouldn't he be bald?
Abilities
Kienstrom can hide in his shell like most turtles, but his main ability is his insanity. He may possess a high intellect, but has no common sense or sanity; his lack of these can be used to do foolish things that may turn out well. He also has high amounts of anger he can use, although for what is unknown.
Items
Other than his shell and glasses, Kienstrom doesn't have a whole lot of items. In fact, he himself has nothing to attack with, he generally just lets Flare and Chopper battle, or one of his mutations, or some machine.
- Turtle Shell Flyer: A sort of platform with jet engines shaped like an upside-down turtle shell. Kienstrom uses this to get to places, as well as ferry others around (usually just Flare and Chopper.) I am not sure what the actual term for something like this where it's not really a ship just a platform that can fly would be.
- Crab Picker: A machine built to capture Jinjos; it's red with a drill on one side and a bunch of flexible appendages with pincers at the end to grab things. It also has a storage container to hold said things.
Speech
Kienstrom's sporadic speech tends to add -ness to the end of his sentences and some words, sometimes up to 3 times. He also adds unnecessary words and sometimes adds -ing to the end of some words. He also speaks loudly and eagerly/impatiently. Eventually he took a self-help class to fix his speech, but this only lasted as long as Duth remembered it and he later went back to his old speech.
Residence
Kienstrom once lived in a lab underneath Bubblegloop Swamp, but then left and made an ice lab at the North Pole of Star World. He was defeated there, and then made a lab in Gwarhar Lagoon. It was destroyed, and he tried to make a lab in a volcano of Neo Star his but it was destroyed. He drifted for a while until building a new lab on Popstar next door to Top, Oshy and Topper, but it was destroyed, and then he got a new lab inside Hailfire Peaks' Icicle Grotto, but it was destroyed.

- Kienstrom's title and bizarre speech are a reference to the Angry Scientist from Sheep in the Big City.
- Kienstrom is slated to return in the new universe written by Duth Olec and set to be published, having largely the same rule as a crazy and incompetent genetic scientist. He will have less things stolen from the Angry Scientist, though (namely the title and speech pattern), and Flare and Chopper will be actual mutations instead of robots.
