"To each of us falls a task, and all that is required of us clone troopers, is that we stand the line, and we die fighting. It is what we do best. We die standing"
-General Kaufmann

The Wrath of the Titan was a Yoshi Bodyguard Story done durring a period of inactivity in the Yoshi Bodyguards. It focused around a War Titan named Dominatris, created in the Age of the Imperial Yoshis, which had fallen on the world of Finichia. The Yoshi Bodyguards discovered it, and had to race several other factions in order to get to the Titan first, all the while being helped and betrayed by the mysterious Vhozon. This RP marked the first part of the Metal Wars, and highly influenced it's ending. The RP was to be redone in Topmonhit's Cross-Cultural RP, but complications prevented it from being finished.

Story

Storming the Ice World

The RP started with the Yoshi Bodyguard 483rd Clone Army Division landing on the planet, bombarding the Metal Army's forified position with airstrikes. General Kauffmann lands, and rallys the troops to take the fortress and secure the Titan. Half-way, they are obstructed by an energy shield, which holds their advance until it mysertiously falls,, the generators all hit by ice beams. Kaufmann ponders the situation, but continues on.

Meanwhile, on Star World, the Yoshi Bodyguards are called upon to escort a team of technitians to reactivate the Titan. It seems simple, and they arrive at the ice world, only to see several warships in combat, most notably those of an unidentified robot army. The Yoshi Bodyguards use a Pelican craft to take the Titan's crew down to the planet's surface, but the Metal Army catches wind, and sends fighters after it. After a drawn-out dogfight, and being saved by several mysterious ice blasts, the Pelican is shot down behind Metal Army lines. The Yoshi Bodyguards intervine, and call for General Kaufmann to help, who is moving through a local Ork confict to get to the Yoshi Bodyguards.

Meanwhile, the Ork Warboss, Wargutz, notes the arrival of these new races on his world, and unites the clans to his will. He declares a WAAGH, or Ork crusade to destroy the invaders. Elsewhere, a turtle fortress lands, and Kienstrom declares that he will be the first to get to the Titan while everyone is distracted. A Chaos rift appears nearby, and Shadow Danny comes forth, attempting to claim the Titan with his chaos emeralds.

The Yoshi Bodyguards fight and defeat the Omega Dalek, before Kaufmann sends in artillary to destroy the Metal Army position. He secures the Titan, but states that the Orks had fled due to a mysterious presence. Sub agrees, stating something was helping them along. Kaufmann send the Yoshi Bodyguards back to the defense fortress of Ta Lorn, where they plan their move on the Titan.

The Race to the Titan

Meanwhile, the mysterious saviors, revealing themselves to be the Vhozon under Farseer Thorbell, are caught in an Ork raid, and weakened. However, Thorbell states that their task is too great to be halted, and teleported her base away. The Orks soon catch wind, and try another raid. Thorbell, is desperation, contacts Kaufmann, asking for his help. Kaufmann unwillingly obliges, and holded out against the Orks until a Metal Slug Godslayer arrives to fend them off.

Thorbell reveals to the Yoshi Bodyguard that their reason for being there is a race called the Necrons, who were hidden under the Titan, using it as bait, for whoever reactivates the Titan will also reactivate the Necrons. Thorbell says their Soulice can destroy them, but need their help to secure the area from the other factions.

Very soon after, the 483rd moves out to secure the Titan, with the Yoshi Bodyguards defending Titan's crew, who are in an APC. In the middle of the battle, Wargutz and Metal Sneezier form a temporary alliance to destroy the Yoshi Bodyguards. Meanwhile, Shadow Danny and Ein engage in combat, each trying to push for the Titan while warding off the Yoshi Bodyguards, Metal Army, and Orks, while Keinstrum tries to bypass any opposing forces. In the middle of combat, the Vhozon attack a Yoshi Bodyguard position, trying to get their Soulice through the gate, and weakening the Yoshi Bodyguards as a distraction. However, Wargutz destroys the Soulice and it's vessel, defeating the Vhozon's purpose on the planet.

In the end, the Yoshi Bodyguards reach the gate first, and as they drop it's shield, the Vhozon ward away the Metal Army and the Orks as the Yoshi Bodyguards push through, just as the gate closes behind them. Kaufmann is grateful, but will not surrender the lives of his men for the Vhozon's, and states that he will dispatch the Necrons, Vhozon or not. The Vhozon are slaughtered outside the gate, and the fate of Thorbell is still unknown.

The Necrons

The Yoshi Bodyguards and the 483rd made it to the Titan's burring place, but Orks and Metal forces soon broke through the gate. The technicians, under Sneezier, worked tirelessly to bring what few guns the Titan had surfaced online, while the remaining forces secured generators around the Titan. Shadow Danny then appeared, and held Danny distracted for a period of time.

Just as the weapons came online, however, the Necrons awoke, destroying the Metal Army and Ork bases, forcing Metal Sneezier and Wargutz away. Metal Sneezier evacuated the planet, while Wargutz took the rest of his Orks away from the battlefield.

The Necrons then closed in on the Yoshi Bodyguards, who used the Titan's weapons to destroy four of the five arisen Monoliths they spawned from. The fifth one, however, would not go down, and spawned the Nightbringer, or the Avatar of Death. Seeing this, Shadow Danny retreated from the battle, leaving only the Yoshi Bodyguards and the Nightbringer.

The Nightbringer had the Yoshi Bodyguards on the ropes, disabling Sub and knocking Scorch out. It came to steal Danny's soul, until Sneezier fired the Titan's canon one last time, damaging the Titan, but defeating the Nightbringer.

The Titan's crew stated that the overcharge had damaged the Titan, but not irreversibly. Support came in from the Yoshi Bodyguard fleet in orbit, securing the Titan for Star World. The Titan was placed under the watchful eye of the 483rd, and continues to do so until this day.

Alternate Endings

The canon ending is the one of the Yoshi Bodyguards, stated above. However, planned for the Cross-Cultural RP was an open-ending system for any faction. The open endedness starts when each faction attempts to storm the Psychic Gate around Dominatris. Shouldn any of these factions get to the Titan first, their ending would have been as follows.

Metal Sneezier

Should Metal Sneezier win this battle, if so, he would convert the titan into the Supreme Psycho Gundam. Using it to strike the Galactic Federation and spread his rule all over the galaxy. No one, not even the YB can stop him. With this superweapon, he's almost unstoppable.

Wargutz

Thorbell

Shadow Danny

Keinstorm
