The Rezzi Tractor Corporation (pronounced rez-e) is an American business that manufacturers and sells tractors and farm equipment. The company was founded in 1912 by John Alexander as JAFE.

In the 1920s, a partnership was formed with Thomas Roberson and the company was renamed to JATI and began producing equipment under the JATT brand.
In 1950s, JATI was purchased by Ben Raz and JATI was renamed to Raz Equipment Inc. In the 1960s, REI began producing thier first tractor known as the REI 40.
In 1994, the company was purchased by by LnGT International. In 1997, the name was changed to RA Farm Equipment. By 2001, the company was in financial trouble and in 2002, approximately 15 RA dealers were shut down and turned into Wal-Marts. In 2004, the company closed all together.
Second Purchase
In 2005, the company was purchased by an undisclosed person. In 2006, a new company emerged with an untitled business that was described as a farm equipment dealer. In August of 2006, the JrA Group was officially founded with their new business to be open in early 2007.
Rezzi
In June 2007, the first Rezzi Tractor dealer opened in Texas. In July, more dealerships opened in Colorado, California, and Florida.
The company primarily focuses on lawnmowers and tractor lawnmowers.
RA Group
In December, it was discovered that RA Farm Equipment was sold to Jeff Robert Anderson who founded the JrA Group. The owner of JrA is listed as the RA Group, which is owned by Ralph Anderson who is Jeff's older brother. Ralph sold RA Farm Equipment to Jeff who reshaped it and renamed it to Rezzi and they put it under a new company, JrA which is owned by Ralph's company, RA Group.
