The way that I did it was I made this account, Sir James Paul, then logged in as an admin, made this account an admin and bureaucrat, then took away those abilities from the admin account using this account then blocked the admin account. Have a nice week and God bless.

Adminship

I doubt that you will win but I am sure that as long as you are a active and constructive editor you will be able to become an admin in the future.
