The minutes of December 12, 2007 posted there, include this:(pg.1) Craig Nelson, Doyle & Nelson prepared a follow up power point presentation from the June 20, 2007 meetnig to introduce the development of a regional Authority, use of an Interlocalagreement and the Charter Legislation.(pg.3) Mr. Nelson described the process in which tax payers could dissolve the Authority which could occur only after there was no existing debt. Mr. Nelson noted that it would be beneficial for each town to present worst-case scenarios to tax payers in order for them to make informed decisions/votes. I wonder who will give us those worst-case scenarios and when.If I understand it correctly, once under the authority, citizens would not have a ballot vote, but a town meetnig style of voting. If you can't make it to the regional meetnig, you can't vote. And once a town joins the authority, it seems that citizens have no say over the bonds that will be taken out or the property purchased. | |

The Ohio Northern Region #23 is a division of BBYO located in the Northern Region of Ohio. It is one of the largest regions in the order and is home to 9 AZA chapters and 9 BBG chapters. Chapters are from Toledo, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, and Cleveland, Ohio as well as a few members from western Pennsylvania. The region was formerly known as GOC (Greater Ohio Council).
The Regional Director is Todd Kay and the Programming Director is Leora Hoenig. ONR's colors are red and white.

Honestly cut down your guest list.Doing it the way you want will be the same, and nowadays most halls/venues have THEIR own caretes that they require you use.My suggestion have a smaller more ROMANTIC wedding/reception .with close family and friends, take it from me after being married for 18 years ..the close family and friends are the ones that are there through it all no the extended family and extended friends.If you and your fiancee agree to something like that .have it in someone's home or backyard and then go all out in catering, decorating, etc . The venue rental will be your most expensive part.Just some thoughts. No use starting off your marriage in debt.

ONR is home to the 83rd Grand Aleph Godol and 82nd Grand Aleph Moreh, Jason Wachs (from David Berger AZA), the 15th Grand Aleph Shaliach Ben Becker (from Brown Smullen Neufeld AZA), and the 48th International N'siah, Meka Millstone.
For a time, Wikipedia's AZA page said that the greatest aleph in the history of BBYO was Ethan Sills, currently of eXodus AZA. This was subsequently removed, much to the dismay of Mr. Sills.
