Editing Liberty Region

Liberty Region was combined from Philadelphia Region and Central Region East! 

The region covers Delaware, Pennsylvania(spanning from Harrisburg and to the east of it), and the lower part of New York(Binghamton).

**The second Regional AZA Board of Liberty Region was installed for thirty minutes at the 2014 WOW Convention on April 13th. During this meeting, the first Regional AZA Board was discharged and replaced with the eighty-sixth Allentown AZA Chapter Board, which then became the second Regional Board of Liberty Region. The first Regional AZA Board was reinstated at the end of the meeting. Liberty Region AZA will elect their third Regional Board while Liberty Region BBG will be electing their second Regional Board at Spring Fling 2014 in May. (But this didn't really happen since there was no motion by the a Kohen Godol to take control of the region, since there are no decrees in parliamentary procedure (how all AZA meetings operate) this is nullified)
