ReDiscovery is a playlist of unofficial but high-quality fan-made remixes of Daft Punk's Discovery album that were NOT created but were chosen by DJ Nerd42.

The goal is to have one high quality remix per song on Discovery and then release in an easy to download, easy to burn / print format.

Ideas

General Vague Guidelines

• None of the tracks can be by DJ Nerd42, who is the totalitarian dictator of this project and gets to choose what goes and what stays. (Suggestions and submissions are always welcome of course!!)
• None of the tracks featured on Robot After All should be included because this project isn't competing and shouldn't be copycatting. (Otherwise I'd probably have included Dark DJ's "High Life (Assault Mix)" - not that it's the only good remix on there)
• Tracks cannot be from the official ones released by Daft Punk. (such as the ones on Daft Club or the various singles)
• Tracks should predominantly feature the Discovery track they're representing.
• Preferably, not more than one track should be by the same remixer.

Challanges facing this project

• Some tracks (mainly Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger) have had so many excellent remixes that it's hard to choose just one.
• Some tracks (High Life, Superheroes ect) have so few (if any) remixes that it's hard to find even one.
• Some excellent remixes are rare or no longer available for download. (GO HOME Productions "Night Beatle")

Artwork

Here are some ideas on what, if any, artwork the album should have. One or more of these ideas could be combined.

"White Album" idea

Where Discovery was black, ReDiscovery should be white. The same Daft Punk logo on the cover could either be put on a white background or all the colors could be inverted.

"Interstella 5555" idea

The cover could contain a screencap from Interstella 5555 or a collage of different shots from the movie.

"Robot costumes" idea

The cover could feature Daft Punk in costume.
