The Bay of Plenty region will be taking the stage and leading the way forward this World Car Free Day. The Bay of Plenty Regional Council will be providing free public transport all day for bus users on Thursday 22nd September 2011.The Regional Council will also be down at the bus terminal throughout the day on Thursday giving out sweets and treats rewarding those people who are using alternative modes of transport.
