The Ghosts, not to be confused with Ghost from TimeSplitters 2's NeoTokyo, were small black wraiths. They are the first enemy Cortez encountered in The Mansion Of Madness. They could only be dispatched with the Flamethrower. They are not playable.

Ghost-like skull demons are encountered in the second battle with Princess.
