Stumpy is a midget clown in TimeSplitters 2 and TimeSplitters Future Perfect that can be unlocked in Arcade League. When selected in TimeSplitters Future Perfect, he honks his nose and coughs. In TimeSplitters 2 in Arcade League he caused chaos at the circus when he forced a tent pike up Mister Giggles nose in Big Top Blowout. He and Mister Giggles also caused more chaos by ordering a crate of Baby Drones off the internet in They're Not Pets!
