Speed is a glowing blue sphere that contains a ball with two wings that looks to be similar in style to the shoe of Apollo, the messenger of the gods in Roman mythology. It temporarily yet dramatically boosts the player's speed. With this power-up, the player can cover ground almost twice as fast as normal, and enemies will struggle to hit them at all.
