The Ghosts, not to be confused with Ghost from TimeSplitters 2's NeoTokyo, were large black demons. They are the first enemy Cortez encountered in The Mansion Of Madness. They could only be dispatched with the Flamethrower.

Ghost-like skull demons are encountered in the second battle with Princess. They disappeared when Princess was killed.
