The Wandering Minstrel, despite how the name sounds, is no pussy. He has a lute-tar of justice, which also doubles as a rifle, although the rate of fire is slow. Capable of skillfull use of both his instrument and his voice, he is able to well manipulate his enemies, and boost his allies' morals. Lol, bard with a gun. The Wandering Minstrel writes the melodies for the Organization's band.
