P. is for pretty. As in "pretty much, pretty cool". It's not for "permanently" or "partly". It all started when hoborastafarmonkey shortened "pretty much" to "p. much" in the Supergamery thread. PsychosesMan went ape as he is wont to do, and IanTheM1 did something, as he is not wont to do. A lot of people thought their reactions were hilarious and adopted this way of posting.
