A scary writer with the ability to take lame characters like Swamp Thing and make them cool, thought provoking and frightening. Alan Moore even wrote a Superman Annual where loser Robin Jason Todd was the hero.
Some people suspect that Alan Moore's beard is an alien parasite and the true author of his works. Alan Moore refuses to either confirm or deny such rumors.
