A dog-alien Green Lantern, who was based off Ed Norton (Honeymooners) and created by Keith Giffen, Marc DeMatties, and Kevin Maguire. He was mainly in the JLI years, and was just a goofy character, who's intentions were always good.
The Pez has a Kevin Maguire sketch of him, of which he'll upload soon. Pez wuvs G'nort.
