Meat Loaf is the coolest fucker ever. Why does he need an article on this Wiki? Shut up, and you're a faggot for asking.
His music is some of the most epic rocking shit around, man.
He is also an actor, appearing as Eddie in The_Rocky_Horror_Picture_Show, Robert Paulsen, Robert Paulsen, Robert Paulsen, Robert Paulsen, Robert Paulsen in Fight Club and The_Lizard in The 51st State.
And lets get another thing straight, "I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)" does explain what "That" is. The "that" referring back to previous lines explaining things he would never do, so when he says "But I won't do that" he means he won't:

- forgive myself if we don't go all the way tonight

- stop dreaming of you every night of my life
- be turning back
