Featured Article The Raconteurs is a rock band. Though the band qualifies as a supergroup and a side project for each one of the members, the band implies that they are not a supergroup, and are basically just "a new band made up of old friends". According to the band's official website, "The seed was sown in an attic in the middle of a hot summer when friends Jack White and Brendan Benson got together and wrote a song that truly inspired them.
