The Muldoons are a Detroit rock band consisting of teenage guitarists Shane and Hunter Muldoon, and their father, drummer Brian Muldoon.

They performed their first show at the Masonic Temple in Detroit on October 2, 2005, opening for The White Stripes. They have also performed with bands such as The Raconteurs, The Dirtbombs, The Mooney Suzuki, The Greenhornes, The Cyril Lords, The Come Ons, The Hentchmen, and The Go.

The band's debut self-titled album was co-released through Third Man Records and Cass Records on June 9, 2007, and was limited to vinyl only. The album was mixed and recorded at Brendan Benson’s Le Grande Studio in Detroit, shortly before Benson relocated to Nashville to play for The Raconteurs. The band has also released various 7" singles and EPs on Cass Records and The Little Room Record Co.

The band credits The Stooges, The Ramones, The New York Dolls, Nirvana, Black Sabbath, and MC5, among others, as influences.
