The name says it all. He is best known for giving out negative rep and signing other peoples names to it. The Retard is also highly superstitious. Reputedly a former member of 1970's rock group Black Oak Arkansas. Has a fondness for creepy C.S.I. type autopsy stuff and is probably on his local Sheriff's Dept. watch list.
