In [[Soloralism]], a soul is the total sum of the distribution of the quintessences of an individual living being. It is similiar to the concept of a soul or spirit in many other religions. However, a soul is a ''conglomerate'' of the various quintessences, instead of being made out of something homogeneous.

The concept of a soul is intertwined with the concept of [[Empathi Energy]]. A soul is empathi energy that is confined within a living being. A being who is consisted completely of one quintessence is an [[Avatar]].
