Ooi Chong Seong is the President and founding father of Legenda Education Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with additional than a decade of experience in the field of greater training, is recognised as a pioneer of non-public tertiary training in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held a number of senior administration positions, both in personal and public companies and is recognised as a popular member from the organization community.

He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business from the Association of Business Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Promoting from the Chartered Institute of Promoting (“CIM”), Uk. He's also a Fellow member of each ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his groundbreaking role in the field of higher education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ from the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award of the “10 Ideal Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
