Level 12 is a cluster of white concrete rooms with wood plank floors and the same with doors, with the door knob being made out of brass painted with yellow paint. Wooden chairs and tables can be found at this level, which is usually around 1–12 and always has one big table around the room. The room's size affects the number of chairs, as the size of the table has to fit the size of the room.

The level is known to have a light in every room, and no reports have stated that there was no light in any room. The light in this room is known to send signals to the brain, which start effecting the thinking patterns of the mood or memories and general well-being with rapidity after 2 weeks. Parts of the brain lose function as a result of increased light exposure. This is similar to the [[Hallway ZZX|--------]] but inside the level.

Learning about the level can be difficult because any information heard or referred to will be quickly forgotten due to the censorship properties. Entities can only remember and comprehend at this level if they have this information. The same is true for images or photographs taken at this level; they will be nothing more than SMPTE testing images or random images of no one or anything. The things or people who took these images are unknown, and researchers has not been able to determine who took or made these images.

Level 12 is known for making people vanish when photographs are taken. When using drones, the drones are perfectly fine with people; they simply vanish. The level can have an effect on other levels by concealing entrances and exits. and when you mention this level in Cluster 1, it simply beeps and tries to say information about Level 12 with a robot voice or sounds only beeps, all of which fail.

This level causes hallucinations that happen at Level 12. When someone is talking on Level 12 or after they leave Level 12, when talking, you will hear a shhhh. These hallucinations can get aggressive for how long you are in this level. It will start as a simple shh when being in this level for around 5 hours. It will be quiet or can be a little bit quiet when around 10 hours, it starts to be aggressive like "shut up or shut up you chatterbox." After 24 hours, these hallucinations are very aggressive and contain swear words and racial insults.
