- Serves on the PLC
- Works with:
- Qualifications:
- Be a candidate For SPL
- Be of First Class Rank or higher
- Approved to be a candidate by Scoutmaster
- Fulfills:
- Recommended
- Attend Junior Leader Training run by Troop
- Term
- During 1 SPL Term
- Notes
- A SPL may have more than one ASPL if he wishes
