While not active on RW1, Kels "liaised with the cabal" on PalMD's blog before the Night of the Blunt Knives and promptly joined RW2 when it was set up.
The first user who appeared in the user creation logs in 1784, one of the cabal members.
She is no longer as active on the site as she used to be. She seems have gained the particular animosity of TK
Her IP was blocked on conservapedia in spite of never having logged in or edited there.
