Clean Slate was a guideline promulgated by Colin in the first years of RationalWiki v. 2.0.

It read:

Any editor, regardless of past actions elsewhere, is welcome here with a clean slate. No user is unwelcome! Personal attacks and threats will result in punishment. Any users with problems may contact Colin at webmaster@rationalwiki.com
