Barbara Shack is one of the stranger members of that already strange group of users that make up RationalWiki.
Her oddly-worded articles are entirely obsessed with relentless, bitter criticism of the Roman Catholic Church. She frequently seems to operate in some sort of vacuum: possibly because other editors don't want to validate her work by correcting it,<ref>With the possible exception of Human's complete refactoring, and forced weight-loss program, of the previously tedious, tendentious "Magdalene laundries" article.</ref> or because they fear being struck down by AKjeldsen if they encourage her.
At any rate, even the most radical atheists on the site (such as Bob M or SusanG) seem in no hurry to hang out with her. In any event, she shows an Icewedge-like disdain for comments, so communicating with her would not be easy.
