America's Favorite Past Time
Masturbation is the act of having sex with one's hand. It is what sexually repressed teens, nerds, popes and pretty much everyone else who has past puberty does on a daily basis.
Sex? With my hand?
That's right. The method differs between males and females, but the basic concept is the same; using your own hand to deliver the sexual gratification that you are unable to receive from others.
