Sanctioning is where a massive banning occurs. This title is exclusively given to RR members. This first occured one day when the Mods were gone, and a bandwagon appeared, where there was a storm of smiley threads. Effectively, half of RR was sanctioned.
The following week was very boring. And with the denizens of RR not there to keep them in check, RR had an overload of PNB and ICBM.
It was a sad, sad week in the history of RR.
Sanctioning is also a derogitory term used by Aelf to further perpetuate her vision of RRers and unruly kids (lol conspiracy theory.)
