Sanctioning is where a massive banning occurs. This title is exclusively given to RR members. This first occured one day when the Mods were gone, and a Smiley Thread was made. Effectively, half of RR was sanctioned.
The following week was very boring. And with hthe denezens of RR not there to keep them in check, RR had an overload of PNB and ICBM.
It was a sad, sad week in the history of RR.
