The inferior Parietal Lobe resides beneath the horizontal space of the intraparietal sulcus. Within the inferior parietal lobe are the angular and supramarginal gyri.

One of the main uses of the inferior parietal lobe is signaling the spatial location of objects. It also helps with the position of the viewers head and eyes when focusing on an object.
