Alvaro Pascual-Leone is a neurophysiologist renowned for his work with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Pascual-Leone and colleagues conducted a study published in 1995 observing the plasticity of motor cortical outputs to the reading hand in Braille readers.
