Dave April 6th, 2009 5:25 pm Marketers spend so much time and energy trnyig to get visitors to sites, now it's time to start focusing on closing the deal. Search marketers are calling it post-click marketing , others persuasive design. No matter its name, I think it is one of the next big waves on the net. There is a ton of social psychology and decisioning research waiting to be applied.
