-	Der in Aachen erfundene '''WOW-Effekt''' gehört eindeutig zu den defekten Effekten, und ist ein recht häufig anzutreffender Effekt. Ähnlich dem ''AHA-Effekt''. Diese sind eng miteinander Verwandt, haben jedoch eine komplett andere Bedeutung. Man begegnet dem WOW-Effekt an jedem Ort, bei jeder Person und zu jeder Jahres- und Uhrzeit. Viele Menschen, die den WOW-Effekt anwenden, tun dies unterbewusst. Einige Menschen merken ihr ganzes Leben lang nicht, dass sie WOW-Effektler sind. Dies ist auch sehr deutlich bei dem ''AHA-Effekt''der Fall. Nur konkret darauf hingewiesene und geschulte Menschen können bei anderen und sich selbst den WOW-Effekt erkennen und demantsprechend handeln.	+
