- Should the game become unplayable, the current Judge shall assume the role of Governor General. The Governor General shall declare a winner and shall repeal or amend rules as required to make the game playable again.
- All players' points shall be reset to zero once a winner has been declared.
- The player declared winner shall be awarded the right to cast two votes on all subsequent proposals and elections.
