Proposer's summary and declarations
This is to create an elected position of Mayor. The Mayor will be in charge of setting the agenda and seeing to the overall flow and implimentation of proposals.
Debate
How would the elections be handled (at least initially)? Would they be handled like a normal proposals? Or would you suggest a dedicated elections page be created? I know that these questions have no bearing on the proposal in question, it's just that I would want to get started on making the required templates if and when this proposal et al are passed as the elections would begin immediately.
