Game News:

• 313, is now a rule. It defines time constraints on debate and voting.
• 314, is now a rule. It defines inactivity.
• 315, is now a rule. It repeals rule 209.
• 316, is now a rule. It repeals rule 309.
• 317, is now a rule (by 313 - more than 24 hours since last vote). It amends rule 212.
• 321, is now a rule. It creates the position of Judge.
• 322, is now a rule. It awards 10 points to players who propose rules that pass.

The following proposals failed:

• 318 failed to meet quorum.
• 320 failed to pass by simple majority.

The following proposals are being voted on:

• 319, a proposal that introduces three sanctions against inactive players.
• 323, a proposed rule creating and outlining the position "Supreme Grammarian."

The following proposals are currently up for debate:

• 324, a proposal that prevents future rules from mentioning a player's name.
• 325, a proposal to require a super-majority to repeal a rule.
• 326, a proposal to modify rule 313 for clarity and to force a call to vote.
• 327, a propopal that allows a player to abstain on a given proposal.
• 328, a proposal to set guidelines for the Judge.
• 329, a proposal to require lower-numbered proposals to be dealt with first.
