Proposer's summary and declarations
A way to provide some variation to the population totals without becoming overly complex. Discussion open until May 18th. -- BobTHJ BobTHJ 15:11, 11 May 2007 (EDT)
Debate
Not bad. I was actually thinking of proposing something that allows for migration between the individual Cantons as well, maybe based on both a random factor and the relative Popularity of the Canton's leaders, but I think I'll hold off on that for a while, as I'd want to carefully consider the formula behind it so we don't end up accidentally putting in place a system where everyone moves to the Center Canton really quickly because Tucana25's been around longer than the other 2 of us :) Wooble 15:28, 11 May 2007 (EDT)
