Not bad.  I was actually thinking of proposing something that allows for migration between the individual Cantons as well, maybe based on both a random factor and the relative Popularity of the Canton's leaders, but I think I'll hold off on that for a while, as I'd want to carefully consider the formula behind it so we don't end up accidentally putting in place a system where everyone moves to the Center Canton really quickly because Tucana25's been around longer than the other 2 of us :) [[User:Wooble|Wooble]] 15:28, 11 May 2007 (EDT)

Not bad.
