1. All mutable rules containing the word "point" and/or the word "points" shall be repealed.

2. At any time a rule whose number is greater than the number of this rule by 20 or more shall be adopted, this rule shall be automatically repealed.

3. If this rule is repealed at any time, through any means, all rules repealed by this rule shall be reinstated with the rule numbers they formerly possessed.
