This proposal is just like the last plus/minus the changes AJF wanted. Also see rule 345 in regards to points reset T25. So hopefully everyone's happy and if you're not, you'll abstain.

It's 200 points and points come before rule effect...that and all points are reset at the beginning of a round. --Dayd 21:49, 14 January 2007 (EST)
