#Should the game become unplayable, the current Judge shall assume the role of Governor General. The Governor General shall declare a winner and shall repeal or amend rules as required to make the game playable again. If a winner is not evident in accordance to the rules then in play, then the Governor General shall declare the player with the most points to be the winner.
