&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;what if we had a 'core rule convention' now, or create a core rule committee which could submit a proposal to the group at large.  The way I am understanding the idea, it is to provide an avenue to an easier restart.  I know there are still some unresolved issues with the ruleset right now, but why not begin the process now, and any other rules that need to get added to the core-set can be done as we go.
