		+	* I removed Khelvaster from the census as he's not a Player under [[374]], not having registered an account. I'm doing so unilaterally as I don't believe the current rules allow me to ask the Judge whether to do so; [[363]] allows me to accuse another Player of violating the rules, but if Khelvaster is not a Player then the rules are silent. According to [[354]], a Scorekeeper election may be called at any time, but since we have to have one on April 1 anyway, I'm not going to bother calling one; if anyone else feels strongly about it feel free to vote yourself into the office and deal with the points for [[377]] and for the 2 new inactive players...
