The Welcoming Committee is a group of users who welcome Guests to the Wiki. Even after that they offer help weeks after they've joined. This Committee was once proposed by Salty by was shot down. A year later Xzelion carefully guided it passed the Proposals. Xzelion is the founder of the Committee and also chooses its members.
The Committee also gives new users and guests tours.
