Explanation for his dynamiter

Steve had a forshadowed event that would later effect both Clayface and Two-Face in the "Later Years". He stood up against Kingpin and Kingpin dunked poor steve into a mold of hot wax, shifting his mass into a ball. His arms multiplied and overexposure to the wax made him this way Forever. Wax effects people differently (Clayface can shape shift and Two-Face has a multi-personality). Steve was forced to be controlled by Kingpin , letting him control and destroy the SMW Core. He cloned himself and the beuracrates looked like him : a ball with four arms.

Wayoshi D.D.S the biker dentist

Wayoshi found his tragic end in the "Later Years" quite painful. He was chopped and fed to a singing plant. He worked for Jabba the Hutt to spy on Rupert Thorne. Why Users look different

A radical change happened during the "Later Years" happened.......... Plastic Surgery. Many old Mushroom kingdom Goobas , Koopas, and such went to Kingpin's wax therapy and were remolded. Kingpin's wax business got him billions and users began to change there appearance to be more civilized. Dry Bones , once a dry bones Bowser now became a dry0hearted thug for Rupert Thorne and Jabba the Hutt. Many users followed suit.
