The Penguin is an evil genius that is idolized by Plumber, HK-47, and mostly by WarioLoaf. He has tried to attack the wiki countless times and recently defeated many Logan clones in solo combat. He took the surviving ones and had them in a new scheme. The scheme is unknown, but it seems to target Xzelion, Sir Grodus, and Plumber.
