Ranshee is the leader and one of the founding members of the GreenMoon. He is metioned in issue #6, and has a speaking role in issue #9, and a minor appearence near the beginning of issue #10. In both issues he has appeared in, he speaks to other characters from off screen, so his appearence is currently unknown.
