Are are very cold version of the Lakitu, instead of white clouds they fave cold light blue ones, and sometimes they blow very cold winds that can freeze you, the best way to attack it is by using fire which can easily knock it out,but it has to be above the ground. They only live in cold places and 8-Bit Island, but in Star Wiki RPG they were at the food mansion.
