Tonguey is a mentally challenged Smiley who sticks out his tongue, he is the second most popular smiley on MarioWiki. It is rumored that his IQ is lower then that of an average goomba(around 10) although he has a wild imagination and is good at cheering people up, however do to his low intelligence he often accidentally makes it worse.
